We have no doubt you’ll slay in your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original unused condition with all tags intact and in its original packaging for a refund. You have 7 days from delivery to request a refund and then another further 7 days to return the item(s) back to us.
Pls email us at [email protected] if you would like to request a return. We will email you a Returns Note which you can fill in and return back with your item(s), along with the delivery note that was included in your order.
We make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition and each item is quality checked before dispatching. If for any reason the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, or if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way please notify us immediately by emailing our customer service department on [email protected]
To ensure a prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the packaging and the damaged items for inspection.
Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Please Note: We will not provide a refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
