Christmas Returns Policy
We have extended our Returns Policy for the Christmas period.
Items purchased from 1st December 2020 – 21st December 2020 inclusive can be returned (with proof of purchase) for a Credit Note only until 11th January 2020.
Our refund policy is unaffected by this extension. Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of item(s).
We have no doubt you’ll slay in your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any item in its original unused condition with all tags intact and in its original packaging for a refund. You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a refund and then another further 7 days to return the item(s) back to us. Please note a return request must be made within the first 7 days of you receiving your order otherwise we are unable to process the return. If for any reason in light of the current situation you are unable to send back your item(s) within 14 days from the day you receive your order, please do let us know by emailing us at [email protected] and we will work with you on finding the best solution.
We now have a brand new and simplified returns process to make this as seamless as possible for you! To create a return please scroll down to the bottom of the page to Useful Links or click here. Here you will find the Return Request Form, please enter your Order Number and Email Address. This will take you to your Order page, please follow the steps to create your Returns Request. You will then shortly receive an email approving your Return Request. Please then pack up the item(s) you wish to return into the packaging it arrived in and follow the steps in the email sent.
We make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition and each item is quality checked before dispatching. If for any reason the items listed on the dispatch note do not match those contained in your delivery, or if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty in any way please notify us immediately by emailing our customer service department on [email protected]
To ensure a prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the packaging and the damaged items for inspection.
Please ensure you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us. You should retain your Proof of Postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used.
Please Note: We will not provide a refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. We unfortunately cannot accept returns on pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
This policy does not affect your rights under law as a consumer, which apply in addition.
