We just wanted to let you know we are doing everything we can to dispatch you orders on time, we continue to send out all your orders with our business as usual stance. Your order will be shipped with Royal Mail, and should reach you in the usual timeframe, however we would be appreciate if you allow a few extra days for your order to reach you. Whilst you orders are being shipped on a signed for service with Royal Mail, we have had a few instances where by the tracking of each stage of your delivery may not be logged by Royal Mail due to the current circumstances. If you receive this message ‘An update will only be provided when we attempt to deliver your item’ when tracking your order, rest assure your order will reach you. UK standard delivery: 2-4 working days (£3.99 or free delivery over £50)
All items will be sent via Royal Mail which will need to be signed for.
All orders placed on a Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday).
UK next day delivery – Before 12pm (£7.99)
Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday to receive your item(s) next working day.
If you place a order on Friday, you will receive your order the next working day (Monday).
All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day (Monday) and you will receive your order on Tuesday.
UK Saturday delivery – Before 2pm Friday (£12.99)
UK Saturday delivery will be delivered by Royal Mail.
NO NEXT DAY DELIVERY AVAILABLE SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR BANK HOLIDAYS.
European Delivery – Approximately 10 working days (£11.99)
All times will be sent via Royal Mail which will need to be signed for.
Please note that all deliveries are either a tracked or signed for service. If you live in a remote area these timescales and prices may alter. Contact us with your address if you think this may affect you and we will let you know an appropriate cost and timescale.

Delivery charges will be applied in addition to the price for the items you are purchase. The amount of the delivery charge will depend on the delivery option you have chosen.
You must provide us with your full and accurate delivery address. We cannot be liable for the delivery of your order to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate delivery information.
What if I am not home when they deliver?
We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive and sign for the delivery. For many of our customers this may be a work address. However, if you are out, the usual procedure is for the delivery service to leave a “We Stopped By” card. You can then collect from a depot or re-arrange delivery for a time that suits you.
SlayTwins do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location you deem as a “safe place” such as in the shed, garage or with a neighbour, we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.
We will do everything possible to deliver your goods within the estimated timescale. However, as you can understand, occasionally unforeseen factors or events outside our control can delay this process. Please note, your delivery may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
